Dutch Drying Systems was founded in 2016 by four partners including sales manager Roel Smeenk. Roel already had many years of experience in the engineering and (pre)fabrication of drying installations.

After joining forces, Roel Smeenk decided to offer integrated solutions for spray dryers, static fluidized bed dryers, and process installations. Roel, along with his team and partners, has since developed numerous proven designs and competitive solutions, both nationally and internationally. Dutch Drying Systems is located in Zwolle, the Netherlands.
