Spray dryer skimmed milk-whole milk-2

• Capacity in water evaporation: 4,000 KG/H

• This was the second spray dryer that we were allowed to deliver to this customer. During the construction of the first dryer, space was already reserved for a second spray dryer. Our challenge was mainly in the engineering part: in this project the new Top Bag Filter from Dutch Drying Systems was used, but it was not taken into account in the design of the building. Meanwhile, this customer is also considering converting the first bag filter to the DDS Top Bag Filter principle.
