• In this project, the customer purchased a used spray drying system and asked us to re-install it. The starting point was to build a well-functioning spray dryer in which we had to use the existing parts as much as possible. It is obvious that the installation had to comply with current laws and regulations. For this drying installation we have supplied a new drying chamber, indirect heater, fluid bed and cipable Top Bag Filter. The parts we have reused include the fans, the rotary valves, the sifter, the powder valves, manholes, valves and instruments.
